As-is / pickup

1. All lots sold as-is

Every lot on Lucky Nab is sold as-is, where-is, with all faults. Condition tags (New, Like New, Open Box, Customer Returns, Shelf Pulls, Salvage, Mixed, Refurbished) are warehouse sort labels, not promises.

We do not warrant that a lot is complete, authentic in every accessory, unblemished, or fit for a particular use. Manufacturer warranties, if any still exist, are between you and the manufacturer. Lucky Nab gives none.

2. No warranty, including refurbished

There is no Lucky Nab warranty — seller, listing-agent, or otherwise — and no “30-day” or other restoration period. Refurbished, tested, or “working” language in a listing is descriptive only. If a refurbished item fails after pickup, that is as-is risk you accepted when you bid.

3. No returns and no refunds

Sales are final. We do not accept returns, restocking, exchanges, or partial refunds because you changed your mind, found a better price, or discovered a defect at home. Inspect before you leave the warehouse.

4. Pickup only

Unless a lot expressly states that it ships, it does not ship. There is no tracked parcel, ground, or freight default. Pickup only. Show your barcode at the warehouse named on the ticket during the published event hours.

You supply labor, vehicle, and packing. We are not a carrier.

5. Missed dedicated pickup day is forfeiture

Each event publishes a dedicated pickup day or window. If you do not complete pickup during that dedicated window, the lot is forfeited. Title, if it passed, reverts to us. The purchase price is not refunded. We may relist, scrap, or otherwise dispose of the goods.

Illness, traffic, a missed calendar invite, or a full truck are not exceptions. Contact us before the window only if we caused the miss (for example the warehouse was closed contrary to the listing). Courtesy holds are not owed.

6. Pro pallets and truckloads

Pallets and truckloads are Pro lots. You need an approved Pro account and a resale certificate on file. Manifests, piece counts, and weights are estimates. Shortages, mixed SKUs, and customer-return variance are as-is. Approval of a Pro application is not guaranteed.
