CFCC LLC d/b/a Lucky Nab · Effective September 16, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how CFCC LLC d/b/a Lucky Nab (“Lucky Nab,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use luckynab.com and related warehouse pickup services. Effective September 16, 2026.
1. Who is responsible
CFCC LLC d/b/a Lucky Nab, 1055 Starks Road, Cumberland Furnace, TN 37051. Contact hello@luckynab.com.
2. Information we collect
We collect information you provide and information created when you use the Services:
- Account: name, email, phone, password, business name, and mailing address.
- Pro applications: resale certificate number, issuing state, and the certificate file you upload.
- Bidding, watchlists, carts, pickup tickets, and messages you send through Contact.
- Payment details handled by our processor (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
- Technical data such as browser type, approximate location derived from IP, and cookies needed to keep you signed in.
3. How we use it
We use this information to run the marketplace: create accounts, take bids, charge winners, issue barcodes, staff the warehouse, review Pro applications, prevent fraud, send transactional email, and respond to you. We may also use aggregated, de-identified activity to understand which drops to stage next.
4. How we share it
We do not sell personal information. We share it only as needed to operate:
- Payment processors (currently Stripe) to charge and refund.
- Email delivery providers to send verification, pickup, and support messages.
- Warehouse staff and service providers bound to use the data only for Lucky Nab.
- Authorities when the law requires it, or to protect the warehouse, bidders, or CFCC LLC.
5. What we do not publish
The public marketplace does not list bidder names, bid histories, staff bin locations, or internal settlement flags. Other bidders see current high bid and bid count, not who is bidding.
6. Cookies and sessions
We use a session cookie (and similar storage) so you stay signed in and so watchlists and carts work. These are necessary for the site. We do not run third-party advertising pixels on the public marketplace.
7. Retention
We keep account, bid, payment, pickup, and Pro-application records for as long as needed to run the warehouse, meet tax and accounting duties, and resolve disputes, then delete or de-identify them when they are no longer required.
8. Your choices
Update your profile on the Account page. To request a copy or deletion of account data, email hello@luckynab.com. We may keep records we are required to keep (for example paid invoices and forfeiture logs). Tennessee residents may have additional rights under applicable state law; we will honor verified requests.
9. Children
The Services are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
10. Changes and contact
We may update this policy. The effective date will change when we do. Questions: hello@luckynab.com, 1055 Starks Road, Cumberland Furnace, TN 37051.
